four hundred and seventy six poles to the beginning
with its appurtenances; to have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land with its Appur
tenances, to the said John Kearns, M: Butt, Solomon Creekmore, and William Northern
and their Heirs for ever. IN WITNESS whereof, the said Patrick Henry Esqr
Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hath hereunto set his Hand, and caused the
letter Seal of the said [commonwe]alth to be affixed, at Richmond on the twenty eighth Day of
June in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty five and of
the Commonwealth the N[in]th.
