Sr

I am to acknowledge the receit of two letters
from yu, wch though I have not answered
in words, I have in effect, by endeavoring yt
noe sly insinuations should bee credited to yr
prejudice; and shall continue to doe yu jus-
tice wch I hope yr good conduct will make
alwaies on yr side.

The letters from ye Board, will instruct yu
in what is necessary yu should knowe, and
I promise my selfe yu will proceed in give-
ing all incouragement to Religion and
the encrease of it in yr Government,
wch will entaile a blessing on all yr under-
takings. Yu may assure yr selfe of all
good offices from
