I have laid before the Society your letter dated 24^th of August
1731. in Which you give the Society an account what
parcells of Land belonging to the Late General Nicholson
The society do return You their thanks for your care and
pains for making Search about these Lands. The Society
have not yet received any application from M^r Bordley
however they have come to this Resolution, They desire
you would forthwith proceed to Use the proper Method
to recover by Law the lands in possession of M^r Bordley
and to sell them to the best advantage, and the society will
take care to do any thing which it may be necessary
for them to do here.
