Since my last by the Rev:^d M:^r Tustian, one
M:^r Robert Gordon has purchased about half an Acre out
of the Land that Bordley Claims, and takes his Chance for the
Title, so good, does he think Gov:^r. Nicholsons Right, I have
therefore Transmitted a Deed to be Executed by M:^r Eyre, w:^ch hope
will be done accordingly, if the remainder can be sold so well,
I shall be able to make up three hundred pound sterl to the—

of doubt of, if M:^r Eyre sends an Authentick Probat of the
