In obedience to an order of York County Court hereunto annex'd We the Subscribers having been first Sworn before Thomas Nelson Gent. one of his Matys Justices of the said County have net & appraised so much of the Estate of Thos. Hancock decd. as was Shown to us by John Butterworth Admr. and report the same to amount to one hundred & Sixty seven pounds Seven Shillings & Nine pence half Currt. mony as appears more fully by the foregoing July Given under our hands July the 26th 1738.
