Mrs. Bennit the Week before York Court confessed to me she had in Cash by her £20 and this day confessed before the Appraisers and me she had about £14 or 15 but she would deliver to me only £7..7..4 so that if the Estate should fall short there is in her hands belonging to it remainder of the first sum she confessed she had

She likewise confessed before me and the Appraisers that she had several pair of Sheets which she would not produce.

She produced no Table Linnen nor any of her Husbands Cloaths.

Sundry Debts due to the Estate which I have not yet been able to get a certain Account of Vitz.

The foregoing is a Just Inventory of all the Estate of Thomas Bennet that has come to my knowledge this 23 d. November 1750.

In Obedience to an Order of York Court dated the 19th Instant we this day met and have Appraised the Goods of Thomas Bennit decd. Inventory of which amounts to One hundred and seven pounds four Shilling Current Money according to the annexed account this 22 d. November 1750.
