Copies of leases, 1746 June 2 to 1750 February 5, for lots on Market Square, Williamsburg, from the Williamsburg Court of Records to John Blair and John Dixon.

Includes names of two mayors of the town (George Gilmer and John Harmer), the recorder (Benjamin Waller), and several aldermen (John Amson, Gilmer, Walter King, William Parks, William Prentis, and Peyton Randolph). The names of adjoining lessors in the square are also given.
