Mary Stone, widow of William Stone, leases Pain a messuage consisting of a house, shop and slaughterhouse for the term of thirty years. Pain may vacate at the end of seven, fourteen or twenty-one years with six months’ notice. The rent is 18N a year, payable quarterly. The tenement is in Waltham Holy Cross, Essex. A list of fixtures to remain with the property is included. Witnessed by Oliver Cromwell and John Harrison, Million Bank, London.
