A response to a letter which informed Adam-Philippe, Comte de Custine of the differences existing between General [?] Becourt commanding at Peronne and the administrative corps of Cambrai. The letter is addressed to le Citoyen Adjoint de la 5ieme Division du Dept. de la Guerre a Paris [France]. To prevent further difficulties, Custine relieves Becourt of command.
