Plan for Association for the Preservation of Virginia Antiquities drawn by Noland and Baskervill (architects) shows outline of foundation walls. Indicates how grading is to be done. Short posts are to show about 6“ or 8” above grass to indicate original plan of building with connecting portion. Positions on plat are approximate, “the correct positions will be furnished by the local chapter of the Association for the P[reservation of] V[irginia] A[ntiquities].” Has cross-section drawings showing drains. Ink with watercolor wash.
